RSM Memorial Day Workout
This is a special MET-FIT training session where our coaches will guide you through a Full Murph or Half Murph. For anyone needing a workout suited to their fitness level, we will modify your training with alternate exercises, modifications, lighter loads, or whatever is needed. Our goal is for anyone, regardless of training level or ability, to be able to complete the workout and head out the door that day proud of what they accomplished and the organization they supported.
All participants will receive a commemorative t-shirt or tank top, a guided workout, and bragging rights for the day.
A suggested donation of $25 to Carry the Load is encouraged for those participating. RSM will generously match your donation, increasing the impact of this event. Directions on completing your donation will be included in the registration confirmation email.
