Memorial Day Workout – Support Carry the Load

We are fortunate to serve many of our local law enforcement personnel and also the Heroes’ Movement program. To honor those who have sacrificed for us, please join us in supporting Carry the Load with a philanthropic event. 

We welcome anyone 19 and over to workout with us on Monday, May 30, 2022 at either 9am or 10am in a special series of MET-FIT training sessions hosted at both of our locations.  All participants will receive a commemorative t-shirt or tank top, a guided workout, and bragging rights for the day.

Memorial Day Workout – Support Carry the Load, Athletes' Training Center

For those wanting a challenge, we will coach you through a Full Murph or Half Murph.  For anyone needing a workout suited to their fitness level, we will modify your training with alternate exercises and modifications as needed.  Our goal is for anyone, regardless of training level or ability, to be able to complete the workout and head out for the day proud of what they accomplished and the organization they supported.

A suggested donation of $25 to Carry the Load is encouraged for those participating.  Athletes’ Training Center will match donations dollar for dollar, up to $1000.
