Memorial Day Workout – Support Wounded Warrior Project

MET-FIT Training

Join us in supporting the Wounded Warrior Project.  We welcome anyone 19 and over to workout with us on Monday, May 31, 2021 at either 9am or 10am in a special series of MET-FIT training sessions hosted at both of our locations.  All participants will receive a commemorative t-shirt, a guided workout, and bragging rights for the day.

Commemorative t-shirtFor those wanting a challenge, we will coach you through a Full Murph or Half Murph.  For anyone needing a workout suited to their fitness level, we will modify your training with alternate exercises and modifications as needed.  Our goal is for anyone, regardless of training level or ability, to be able to complete the workout and head out for the day proud of what they accomplished and the organization they supported.

A suggested donation of $25 to the Wounded Warrior Project is encouraged for those participating.  Athletes’ Training Center will match donations dollar for dollar, up to $1000.   


Registration will remain open until the day of the event.
