Lucas Ramm, BS, CSCS

Performance Coach

Lucas was born and raised in the Benson area of North Omaha. He graduated from Benson High School in 2015, where he enjoyed athletic success as a football player and swimmer.  He was a three-year varsity football starter, set school weightlifting records in bench press and squat, and qualified for state swimming multiple times. He was also part of a school record setting 200m freestyle relay team.

After high school he attended Augustana College and played football for the Vikings. When his college football career came to a close, he returned to Omaha and attended Bellevue University where he earned his Bachelors of Science in Health and Human Performance. During that time, Lucas joined the team at Athletes’ Training Center as an intern in the fall of 2020. His work ethic, ability to connect with clients, and his humble nature quickly earned him a position as a full-time Performance Coach in August 2021.

He is currently pursuing a masters degree in Coaching and Exercise Science through Concordia University Irvine. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his fiancé Kenedi and their son Emmett, doing anything outdoors and perfecting his brisket recipe.

Lucas has also earned the honor of Eagle Scout, the highest attainable rank in Boy Scouts of America. Only 4% of Scouts nationally have earned this rank.
