 Physical Therapist

Addi was born and raised in Omaha, NE and graduated from Marian High School in 2015. She was a multisport athlete growing up and played volleyball at the high school level. She continued her education at Missouri State University, where she gained valuable experience working with a wide variety of high school and collegiate athletes on her way to earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training and Sports Medicine.

She enjoyed her time on the sideline; however, she soon realized her passion for the rehabilitation side of injuries. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where she was able to further develop her interests in sports medicine and pediatric physical therapy.

Addi always knew she had a passion for sports and helping others which lead her down the path of pursuing physical therapy. She loves having the opportunity to play a huge role in improving the quality of life of her patients by helping them overcome their adversities and achieve their goals. She believes physical therapy can not only improve people’s lives through exercise, but also serves as a great outlet for patient education on the benefits of investing in overall health through improved lifestyle choices.

Her specific interests include guiding high school and collegiate athletes in their return to sport after an injury, reestablishing weekend warriors to their physical goals, and aiding those passionate about improving their health through physical activity. Her love for sports and returning athletes to what they love most lead her to Athletes’ Training Center.

In her free time, Addi enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing sand volleyball, and hanging out with her dogs, Joe and Lucy. She also enjoys watching the Huskers and Notre Dame football.
