Adult Functional Coaching Success Story

Our members achievements drive our motivation to continue to build and rebuild today’s athletes here in Omaha and surrounding areas! We’d like to share a few success stories with you and recognize our Adult Functional Coaching members accomplishments.

If you are not aware, our Adult Functional Coaching Program helps you succeed in meeting your fitness goals. Your program, nutrition, and accountability are the three key components to your success.  We have developed each of these components by taking the guesswork and trial-and-error out and putting science back into the equation.

Chris Langdon

Our first story is about Chris Langdon. He has been a valued member of our family for the past 6 years and has attended over 330 Adult Functional Coaching classes! We’d like to congratulate him on his determination and consistent training. We look forward to 300+ more workouts with him!

Chris what are the main benefits you have seen from your time at training with us?

“I’ve said it a thousand times to all the coaches, and I’m sure they get tired of me saying it, I honestly believe I’d be in a world of hurt if I wasn’t moving my body the way I am. After starting a family, getting lazy for many years and making excuses, I had to make a change – Athletes’ Training Center was that change for me!


What has been your main driving force behind your consistency of making so many sessions?

Simply, I feel better. I get crabby when I don’t work out for a few days. You have to keep your body moving, period!

What has been your favorite part of your time at Athletes’ Training Center?

I enjoy the coaches and other members. And, I especially enjoy our small community of members. I know everyone and I feel like I am part of a family. I’d be remiss to not mention how much I love Gus’s corny jokes. I really do!

What do you hope to accomplish in the future through your sessions at Athletes’ Training Center?

I just want to be able to continue keeping on. My health is good and I attribute a lot of that to my workout regiment. I can’t emphasize enough on how you have to keep your body moving – Athletes’ Training Center is my vehicle for doing just that.
