"I have been a personal fitness member at Athletes’ Training Center now for almost three years after completing many months of physical therapy at this facility. The sessions are well planned, challenging, and conducted by experienced coaches. The coaches will take the time to modify exercises to fit your capabilities, if needed. I really like the 25 yard turf that permits exercises that cannot be accomplished in many other facilities. My spouse decided to join a couple of years ago. During the first few months of the pandemic, they conducted live Zoom sessions, tailored to working out at home. I was comfortable returning to on-site sessions as all the necessary precautions were taken, including limiting class size and wiping down equipment after use. I have increased my strength and endurance, and my weight has decreased. The Athletes’ Training Center team is doing an excellent job of keeping this senior healthy. It is a tremendous program for all adults regardless of age and capability."

“I attend the group MET FIT classes here 3-4 days a week. What I love about it is that you get a challenging full body workout developed by trained coaches. The coaches do a great job of encouraging me to do my best. They take the time to really explain and demonstrate the exercises and ensure that I am comfortable performing the movements. I also love the variety in each of the workouts which includes a combination of weight lifting, cardio, and body weight movements. The class sizes are small and it is affordable. With classes being offered several times throughout the day it is easy to find a time that works. MET FIT has given me the tone up my body needed both physically and mentally. Athletes' Training Center is a great environment and I highly recommend it!"
